Bree Street Sourdough

Born in Bree Street in 2007, this is a great everyday loaf. Our iconic sourdough is naturally leavened using stone-ground white bread flour and takes 3 days to make, a 60 hour fermentation yields a hard crust, and an airy crumb with a delicate sourdough flavour. It's Low GI and great for gluten sensitivity.
