Yes, we do. Tuesday to Saturday from 7am to 2pm. Sunday from 8am to 2pm.

We have many items without nuts. Please note, that our kitchen is NOT a nut-free environment, so cross-contamination may occur. 

BAKERY

Yes, our products are freshly baked everyday and we will never sell items the day after they've been baked. 

The flavour of our doughssant changes weekly, please check our instagram page for this weeks flavour

Absolutely, doughssant orders are open from Monday and close on Friday at 3pm every week. 

Yes, please contact us directly at orders@jasonbakery.com for all large cake orders

Unfortunately not, due to the specialised nature of wedding cakes we suggest you rather use a local wedding cake supplier.

ONLINE STORE

Not for the time being, but watch this space, we're hoping to start deliveries in 2021.

Due to the nature of our product we cannot offer same day delivery. 

Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before collection or delivery date. You can cancel via email or telephone.

Upon check out you are required to choose a collection date and time. Please refer to your order confirmation email if you have forgotten. All the information will be under "customer information".

If there is a problem with an order you received, please contact us directly via telephone or email and we will do our best to address all of your concerns.

We kindly ask that you send complaints directly to us as the first course of action, allowing us to resolve any issue you may have, before resorting to social media.

GENERAL

Even though South Africa has moved to level 1 we are still restricted by government and are only allowed 50% capacity within our restaurant.

We kindly ask that customers be understanding of the current circumstances which are completely out of our control. It is our responsibly to follow the guidelines determined by the South African government. As such we have set up a booking system with Dineplan for weekends with time slots available.

All food & drink orders are final, and there are no exchanges, refunds, or rescheduled dates.
