Green Point collections available from Tuesday to Sunday between 9am and 2pm. Weekend orders close on Fridays at 3pm. Please note some items are only available on certain days or require prep time. Please check individual products for further information.

ORDER T'S & C'S

By accepting our T's & C's you agree to the following:
  • Orders to be collected on the selected date and time. We are under no obligation to amend the collection date, unless agreed upon in writing 24 hours in advance.
  • We are not obliged to accept your order and may, for any reason, decline to accept your order without liability.
  • To confirm your order, we require advance payment in full.
  • Our acceptance of an order for Goods depends on several factors, including, but not limited to (1) availability of the Goods and/or ingredients required therefore, (2) appropriate lead time on orders (3) availability of the production team, and (4) receipt of timeous payment for the Goods.
  • Any order confirmation is not an acceptance of your offer to purchase goods, it is merely a confirmation of the receipt of your order, which must be processed. We shall notify you if we are unable to process your order, with or without amendments.
  • Please take note that minimum lead times will only commence upon full payment or proof thereof in respect of items ordered. We will not be liable whatsoever for failure to prepare and/or deliver goods timeously or at all where you have not followed the provisions of these terms, including where late payment has been made or where incorrect information has been supplied.
  • We require the following minimum lead times for completion of orders: (1) 24 hours lead time for all croissant based items, (2) 48 hours lead time for all breads and cakes, (ii) 72 hours lead time for special production items.
  • Please take note that minimum lead times will only commence upon full payment or proof thereof in respect of goods ordered. We will not be liable whatsoever for failure to prepare and/or deliver goods timeously or at all where you have not followed the provisions of these Terms, including where late payment has been made or where incorrect information
    has been supplied.
  • We would love to assist You with last minute orders, (not within the minimum lead times) however we will first need to consider whether there is sufficient lead time and consider the availability of our production team. We will communicate our decision to you as soon as reasonably possible after your order, and in the event that such an order is accepted, we
    reserve our right to charge additional surcharges on the goods, to compensate the production team, which will be communicated You. Please contact us directly for last minute orders via orders@jasonbakery.com
